Junior Buyer (Full time)

We are looking for a Junior Buyer with strong operational capability, analytical skills, and excellent English proficiency. This role is essential to ensure efficient purchasing execution, accurate data management in NetSuite, and high‑quality supplier engagement.

 

 Role Summary

As a Junior Buyer, you will manage the full procurement cycle—from sourcing and quotation to purchase order execution, delivery follow‑up, and after‑sales support. You will communicate directly with suppliers to request quotes, confirm shipments, and track order status.

You will work closely with the Account Manager and collaborate with colleagues from multiple Corlido branches across the world.

This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working in English with international teams.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the end‑to‑end procurement process: sourcing, quotation, order creation, expediting, and after‑sales support.
  • Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, negotiate delivery conditions, and follow up on shipments.
  • Manage RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including supplier identification and evaluation.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in NetSuite, maintaining order integrity and compliance with internal workflows.
  • Analyze spend data to identify savings and consolidation opportunities.
  • Support import processes, international logistics documentation, and delivery coordination.
  • Resolve operational issues such as delays, missing documentation, or supplier incidents.
  • Collaborate daily with international branches and internal teams.
  • Support the Account Manager with key clients in the region.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Excel intermediate level: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis.
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem‑solving orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset, sense of urgency, and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Experience in imports or international trade is a plus.
